Sisters at the Shore
These two little girls were so much fun. At one point the little one ran up on the path, totally naked, during an outfit change! I ran to get her, tripped and fell and scraped my toe. Luckily I didn’t brake my camera!

Starfish
This is another honoree shoot.
Brandy’s son Cole died of Leukemia 3 years ago, at the age of two. He had a very aggressive form of the disease and was basically born with it.
The little metal starfish is his urn. She wanted him included in the pictures, and I think it worked out well.
(She is running the Nike Woman’s Marathon on his birthday).
(This is the last sad one, I promise).

Strength
This little girl is an Honoree for my Team in Training group. She was diagnosed with Acute Myelogenous Leukemia (AML) in November of 2005.
These words are from her Bio on our site:
“She was 9 years old when she was diagnosed with AML, which is one of the more aggressive types of leukemia. She did not complain one time about being in the hospital, or about having cancer. She said that God gave her leukemia for a reason. She believes she saved another persons life. The reason is because He knows that she is strong enough to fight it. Adrianna said that another child may not have had the strength she did to fight it and if another kid would have got it, they may have died.”
She’s in remission now!
(And her super cool mom just ran a marathon in Alaska and got engaged)!

Golden Girl
This little 18 month old was just so sweet! The entire shoot was a joy.
(And on a side note, I now have a business license! Yay!).

Welcome!
This is my first, official post on my photography blog. Yay!
I took my three girls down to the bay today, because I haven’t done that in so long. I’m just so happy with how they turned out. I had that momentary “I want one good picture of the three of you together” thought and then just let it go. I think the interaction between them came through in the pictures, and really that’s what it’s all about.
